How we use your information
Last updated: 11 September 2026. This notice covers the email refresh unlock and the expert geomarketing enquiry form on London Location Potential.
Who is responsible
London Location Potential is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to amazonmillan9@gmail.com.
What we collect
- For the free refresh: your email address.
- For an expert enquiry: your name, email, phone number, business concept, areas of interest, investment budget, timeline and the choices you make on the form.
- Basic technical information created by the hosting and form services when you visit or submit.
Why we use it
- To unlock refreshed tool results and send product or market updates where you ask for them.
- To assess your expert brief, find suitable geomarketing providers, make an introduction and follow up on the enquiry.
- To protect and improve the website.
For optional updates, we rely on your consent. For an expert-match request, we use your information to take steps you ask us to take and, where relevant, our legitimate interest in operating the referral service. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.
Who receives it
Form submissions are handled by FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, and sent to Location Potential by email. If you request a specialist match, the details in your expert brief may be shared with selected geomarketing agencies so they can assess the project and contact you. We do not give your details to unrelated agencies or sell them for unrelated marketing.
International transfers
Our website and form providers may process information outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where required, the relevant provider is expected to use recognised safeguards for those transfers. You should review FormSubmit's own privacy information before submitting if this affects your decision.
How long we keep it
Refresh emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Expert briefs are reviewed regularly and should be deleted when they are no longer needed for the referral, follow-up, legal or accounting purposes. We aim to remove unsuccessful or inactive briefs within 24 months.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to how your information is used. You may withdraw consent at any time. Email amazonmillan9@gmail.com to exercise a right or unsubscribe. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local data protection authority.
Required and optional fields
The expert form marks the information needed to assess and refer your brief. Without it, we may not be able to make a useful introduction. Marketing updates are optional and are not required for an expert match.
Changes
We may update this notice as the service, providers or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
